The self-directed component of the program includes access to two online courses, which are estimated to take one day to complete. These courses will provide a strong foundation for the hands-on portion of the program, which will take place over the course of four days. During this time, participants will receive personalized instruction on important topics such as hand positioning, body positioning, hair stroke patterns, color choice, color theory, and eyebrow mapping.

  • The 5 Day PMU Program is one day of self guided online courses and four days of hands on training. This course is a total of 40hours of hand on training.

  • This course is split up into two parts, one day online and four days in person.

  • You’ll be receiving a total of three certifications. You’ll receive a world renown Permanent Beauty By Lili Nano Brow certification as well as two online certificates.

  • Our 5 Day Pmu Program includes a FREE shadowing day at our studio in Calgary. You’ll have the chance to watch how we interact with our clients and observe from start to finish during our appointments.

    We also offer monthly updates on group zoom calls where you can share your experiences with our instructors.

  • We offer small class sizes, 8-10 students & two instructors for optimal learning

  • Each student will tattoo one model during in person training. You’ll be arranging your own one model to tattoo during the class and our instructors will be guiding you during the entire process.

    We understand that some students may need assistance in finding a model for their training, and as such, we offer a model sourcing service for an additional fee of $150.

  • After becoming certified you’ll be able to take on clients immediately.

  • You’ll need to find a space that has been health department approved.

    You’ll need a tattoo bed/ facial bed, rolling stool, good lighting, trolley cart, sharps container, hospital grade sanitization products and all the materials that is included in your kit.

    Option 1 Payment Plan:

  • In Canada you will need to obtain a permanent makeup certification to become a licensed professional. Certification is included in this courses.

    In USA most states require students to have a blood borne pathogens certification and permanent makeup certification to get started. Some states like California and Florida require a body art tattoo license.

    Each state differs for the requirements that is needed to become a permanent makeup artist. I would contact health department in your city to find out exactly what the requirements are for opening your own permanent makeup business.

    Once you register we can provide you with the necessary licensing information for you to get started.

    Hand on Practice

    • Students will have the chance to practice eyebrow mapping on each other.

  • Instructor Demo

    • How to position their body and hands on the clients face.

    • How to properly stretch the skin while holding a tattoo machine.

    Hands on Practice

    • Students will be practicing hand placement and stretching of the skin on each other.

    • Sanitization demonstration; how to properly clean up and disinfect after a procedure.

Day 5

  • Students will be split into two groups to tattooing their models.
    Group 1 - 10am to 3pm
    Group 2 - 3pm to 8pm
