Cancellations

We have a policy of non-refundable deposits for all scheduled appointments.

However, with at least one week's notice prior to cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the client to rebook through our online booking system. We kindly request that clients take into consideration our advanced booking schedule when planning touch-up appointments. In the event of a missed touch-up appointment, clients may need to schedule an appointment earlier than the typical 6-month touch-up interval. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

No Show

Any new or existing clients who fail to show without verbal or written notice will be charge 50% of the service booked though their credit card on file.

Showing up Late

We can not take you if you are more then 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

This will be considered as a no-show.

Touch-up Time Frames

It is important for you to keep track of all your touch-ups so you can book accordingly. Our recommended touch-up time frame is between 6-12 months for an Annual touch-up. If your appointment is booked after the one year mark from your last touch-up then the price will increase. The touch-up is then considered a 2 Year Touch-up, even by one day. Once your eyebrow tattoo has passed the 2 Year mark it is then considered a New Set and you will be charged full price. Our Prices list can be found under the “Services” tab

Last Minute Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to pay 50% of the service. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
